John Bean® ATL is an industry-leading, DVSA-approved automated test lane system for one-person operated MOT testing for class IV and VII and class I, II, III with an optional adaptor accessory. At the heart of the John Bean ATL is the geogas 6000 link, with a large 27-inch monitor providing clear visible information in your workshop.

Using Windows-based, icon-driven software, the John Bean ATL requires minimum training for the test to be completed. Test procedures can be performed in fully automatic mode or operated manually. The geogas 6000 link includes a wireless smoke head (Class A\Class B approved), plus we have extended the capability of our emissions range to now include a new wireless EOBD RPM, oil temperature trigger device for diesel testing.

This device allows you to measure the vehicle’s RPM and oil temperature by simply plugging the adaptor into the EOBD port in the vehicle and the readings will be wirelessly transmitted back to the workstation.

This new method, which has been officially approved, allows you to trigger the smoke head using EOBD RPM which will then give you official smoke readings. The brake rollers have a fully galvanised steel chassis for maximum protection against corrosion to be installed into a dedicated recess with a 10 year warranty. 

The unique dimpled rollers provide better grip in wet tyre conditions ensuring accurate brake testing and diagnosis, and come with a 10-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind. The 4 post car lift comes with rear slip plates and turnplates built in as standard, along with a long 5.2m or 5.7m platform length.
