MH 330 PRO

Comprised of a new bead pressing tool with lifting hook, hex roller, top roller, and lifting disk, the new MH 330 PRO streamlines the mounting and demounting of low-profile and high-performance tyres, enabling a single technician to perform tasks with ease.

Adjustable Clamping Jaws

Compact turntable for a smaller footprint with three-way adjustable, self-centring clamping jaws that accommodate a 10 to 26-inch rim diameter and a minimised cylinder stroke for faster clamping.

On-Floor Bead Breaker

The innovative self-adjusting technology provides the optimum torque and maximises the rotation speed for safe, efficient operation.

Low-Profile Cabinet

The lower cabinet height provides increased ergonomics when working with large wheels; the operator handles the bead lever at a lower height and is able to apply more force, reducing effort handling heavy tyres. The lower cabinet also makes it possible to increase the tyre changer capacity to 15-inch tyres instead of the 13-inch tyre width on a standard cabinet.

TILT-TOWER

The pneumatic Tilt-Tower post provides maximum clearance for installing the tyre on the turntable.

Flexion Guard

The tilt-tower provides high rigidity with a reinforced horizontal arm that prevents flexions of the system when working on run-flat and high-performance tyres.

New Pressing Tool

The updated MH 330 PRO pneumatic bead assist features a new pressing foot style optimised to prevent tool slippage that could damage tyres and wheels.

PNEUMATIC VERTICAL ARM

Fast and ergonomic, the pneumatic vertical arm facilitates positioning of the mounting head on all wheels.

TOP-SIDE BEAD SEATER

A direct burst of compressed air comes through the clamping jaws to facilitate bead seating.
