The experts at John Bean have created a machine with advanced features that allow technicians to mount and demount tyres at a stunning pace with minimal fatigue and reduced chance of wheel damage. The centre post design utilises our quickLOK™ powerful electromechanical clamping system to effortlessly and automatically clamp the wheel. The Optimum Bead Breaker System makes short work of breaking beads while minimising potential wheel damage, even on UHP and run-flat tyres. We’ve included helpful tools like a lower bead camera, PROspeed™ technology, and ergonomic features to make your technician’s job as easy as possible.

Versions

T7800G (EEWH586AE4): Lower bead operation is monitored by a mirror and the wheel lift is available as optional.

T7800S (EEWH586AE3): Lower bead operation is monitored by a mirror, wheel lift is available as optional, standard quickLOK™ clamping system (not wireless) and top-side bead seating kit not included.

T7800B (EEWH586AE1): Lower bead operation is monitored by a mirror, wheel lift is available as optional, standard quickLOK™ clamping system (not wireless), top-side bead seating kit and on-floor bead breaker not included (dynamic bead breaker only).

OPTIMUM BEAD BREAKER SYSTEM

This two-part system provides a combination of bead-breaking tools for the most optimised solution the Dynamic Bead Breaker for RFT, UHP, and low-aspect tyres, and the On-Floor Bead Breaker for standard and high-aspect tyres.

ON-FLOOR BEAD BREAKER (PEDAL-OPERATED)

Traditional side-shovel bead breaker with ergonomic pedal-control positioned away from the shovel; the fastest solution for standard, soft sidewall, and high-aspect tyres.

PNEUMATIC BEAD PUSHER

The Pneumatic Bead Pusher assists in the mounting process of the upper bead. Its dual-purpose design offers a reverse-side hook to help lift heavy tyres.
